Extra info
My deep enthusiasm for Greek mythology served as the backbone for this composition,
namely the myth of Jason and the Argonauts and their journey from Iolkos to Colchis.
In addition to that, Iolkos is the ancient name of my hometown Volos.
The piece served as an exploration of the possibilities of a very constricted harmonic language,
thus the whole piece unfolds within the various degrees of one tonal environment.
